IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

1) Shipping costs
The calculation of shipping costs cannot be performed during the ordering process.
These can only be determined precisely during the invoicing process and optimized for our customers.
Therefore, no shipping costs are indicated in the webshop.

2) Shipping costs for Germany:
- Package shipping: DHL and GLS € 8.90 per package
- Pallet shipping: from € 60.00 per Euro pallet (weight-dependent)

Outside of Germany, shipping costs are calculated on a country-specific basis.

3) General shipping information:
- Self-pickup in Eichenzell (near Fulda) possible without surcharge
- free shipping for orders over € 2,000.00 net merchandise value (to a delivery address within Germany)
