Ordering Information

Please note the order information:
- New customers without a VAT ID or tax number, please send a copy of the business license by email or post to us in parallel with the registration in the webshop
- After manual verification of the business license, your account will be activated and you will gain price access and be able to place orders
- shipping is carried out via DHL, GLS or freight forwarder
- Cash payment is possible for self-collection
- the payment should please be made by prepayment (existing customers have the option after some time to switch this to direct debit or invoice)
- the minimum order value is 250€
- free shipping from € 2,000.00 net merchandise value (to a delivery address within Germany)
- the surcharge for sample shipments is a one-time fee of €5.00
- The invoice is sent exclusively by electronic means via email (PDF)
