- New customers: please send a copy of your trade licence (via E-mail, fax or by mail) with your first order.
- Shipments are carried out via DHL, GLS or shipment company
- Accepted payment methods for shipment(s): COD (cash on delivery) or advance payments. NOTE: only advance payments for shipments outside of Germany.
- Invoices are sent only electronically by email (PDF)
- additional charges of € 5,00 per shipment for sample packages.
- We reserve the right to shipment costs, product and price errors.
