Customer and order data are used only to process and coordinate your purchase order. All customer data is saved and used in accordance to the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Tele Services Data Protection Act (TDDSG).

At any time, customers have the right to:

- request information concerning their customer account
- correct and/or update their saved customer data
- request the inhibition or deletion of saved customer data.

Your personal data, including your (delivery) address and Email address, will not be passed on to third parties without your specific request and/or authorization and can be revoked at any time. Our service partners, credit partners and delivery partners do not count as third parties due to the fact that certain data and information is needed by them for shipment, payment and delivery purposes. In such cases, forwarded information and data is kept at an absolute minimum.
